Our sintered titanium powder filter elements are manufactured using pure titanium powder without the need for adhesive substances. Through axial compression molding and high-temperature vacuum sintering, the sintered metal filter achieves a high void ratio and uniform pore distribution. The size and distribution of the pores can be controlled by selecting appropriate process parameters and metal powder particle sizes.
