1. Corrosion resistance

2. High-temperature resistance
The high-temperature resistance of the titanium rod filter element can reach 300°C, which is unmatched by other filter elements. This characteristic is widely used in high-temperature working environments, and the filter element of polymer material has poor temperature resistance, generally not exceeding 50°C. If it exceeds 50°C, the support and filter membrane will change, and the filtration accuracy will have a large deviation.
Even if the four-air filter element is above 120°C and the external pressure is 0.2MPa in an operating environment for a long time, deformation and aging will occur. The titanium rod filter element can be used in this environment for a long time without any change in its pores and appearance.

3. Super mechanical properties (high strength)
Titanium rod filter core has super strong mechanical properties, external pressure 20Kg, internal pressure destructive force 10Kg (no joint test), so titanium rod can be used in high pressure and fast filtration process.
4. Good regeneration effect
